Oprah talks about comparing ourselves to models

OPRAH - In the May issue of O Magazine Oprah refers to an earlier issue where she says, "One thing that's lousy for self-esteem is the way women compare themselves to cover models. People assume that I wake up with perfect hair and that the right clothes just fall out of the my closet."

"Self-esteem means you don't hate yourself for not looking like a magazine cover."
